All about our Candles

So we have an unhealthy addiction to candles. But really, who doesn’t like to unwind to the soft nose of a vanilla or lavender candle and watch the fire flicker while your thoughts wonder off. That’s how candles make us feel.

Our candles are made with plant based waxes. We exclusively select Soy and coconut blends. Our wax selection results in a candle with a creamy texture, burns evenly and makes any space smell very nice.

We love the smell of a lit candle to make its presence known when you walk in a room. Our candles like to be loud and noticed. We use the maximum amount of fragrance allowed in our selected wax blends to ensure it delivers on its presence.

We feel that scents have the power to transport us down memory lane. Therefore, the fragrances we selected have names. These names remind us of something or someone. The scents with the most meaning to us because they take us down memory lane are Lavender, Vanilla, Roses, Citrus, butter cream, Eucalyptus, fresh linen and our seasonal apple orchard and pumpkin spice.

All our candles are hand made and hand poured using coconut or soy blend waxes. They come in Large 20oz jars that hold about 17oz of wax, Medium 16oz jar that hold about 13oz of wax. Small 8oz jars that hold about 6oz of wax and 4oz travel size that holds over 2oz of wax.

Our vessels

Our vessels can be reused or recycled. Simply clean the remaining wax and wick from the bottom of the jar with a paper towel. Once no more wax is left in the jar, wash it with soap and water. Let dry and you have a new container with a lid to reuse.

Candle Safety

All our candles have a warning label on the bottom with the following note. Please be safe and light your candles away from the reach of children and pets and any object that could possibly catch on fire:

Container Burning Instructions

For best results, burn 4 hours at a time and away from flammable materials.

To prevent smoking and soot buildup, keep wick centered and trimmed to 1/4″.

Keep out of drafts and away from children and pets.

Do not move candles while burning or if wax is hot.

Discontinue use when only 1/4″ of wax remains.

NEVER LEAVE A BURNING CANDLE UNATTENDED.

Burning Tips

Never leave wick trimmings, matches, or any other material in the wax pool as these can create a fire hazard. In a glass container, the extra heat created from a flame that is too large could cause the glass to crack or shatter, allowing the liquid wax to go everywhere.

Dispose of all packing materials or foreign matter before lighting a candle. Remove any of these types of items from your candles before lighting them so they do not catch fire.

Make sure that the area above your candle is clear of any flyaway decorations. As your candle burns down be sure that parts of the accent items will not become an issue later.

Keep your burning candles away from any flammable objects.
